Before activating the limited warranty, check our Instalation Problems and Solutions<\/a> area, and make sure that the problem is not in the installation of the door hinge.<\/p>\n

To exercise the right of the limited warranty, it is necessary to fulfill one of the following:<\/p>\n

1. Send the copy of the Purchase Invoice attached to the Video and \/ or Photo of the defective product to the email warranty@marix.us<\/a> for analysis;<\/p>\n

2. Send the copy of the purchase invoice, return address, with the defective product to the following address:\u00a0595 E Sample Road, Pompano Beach, Florida Zip Code: 33064<\/p>\n

Once the defect of the product has been verified and it is found under Warranty, the factory will proceed with the replacement process.
